Corpi ("we", "us", "our") builds websites, apps, automations and brand identities for clients in South Africa and beyond. This policy explains what information we collect through corpi.co.za and when you work with us, and how we handle it.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, a quote builder or email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to share, typically your name, email address, phone number and details about your project. Contact form messages are delivered to us through our website host, Netlify. Our quote builders open your own email app with the message pre-filled, and nothing is sent until you press send.
If you message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and whatever you send, subject to WhatsApp's own privacy practices.
We do not currently use cookies or analytics tracking on this site. If that changes, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
How we use it
- To respond to enquiries and discuss potential projects
- To deliver work you've engaged us for, including invoicing and project communication
- To send you updates directly related to a project you've asked us to build
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing beyond replying to your own enquiry.
How we protect it
Client information shared with us during a project (login credentials, business details, payment references) is handled with reasonable care and shared only with the people directly working on your project. We don't retain sensitive information longer than needed to complete the work.
Your rights
Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you have the right to ask what information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete it. To do any of these, email us at info@corpi.co.za.
Third parties
Projects we build for clients may involve third-party services (hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools) chosen for that specific project. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we'll point you to where relevant.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
